Freak out

I screamed.
I cant recall what happened exactly.
I know I had a bad dream this morning.
A very bad dream.
It was either I was really furious or anxious.
I just cant remember now.
I apologize for giving a shock to my dear room mates.
I really dont know what caused me to scream.
Yet, I think it was really funny.
Goodness.
I freak out, I guess.

I was LICKED

I was LICKED!!!
My friends and I went to a friend's place to hang out. We were warned that there's a dog belongs to the housemate when we arrived, but it does not bite. I was feeling quite excited, mainly it is because I love dogs and only cute dogs, hahaa... (yes, i'm bias, i know!)
When we reach upstair, the dog was carried and showed us. My first impression was "What an adorable dog, wish I could have one too..." *Shh!! Dun tell Mikko!*
Toby is its name.

Toby was hugged by so many people and was under the spotlight for the whole time although the initial intention of the hang out was 'majong', haha...

Toby is such adorable and tame. It wont bark or jump or run everywhere. Whenever someone hold it, it will remain calm and play along.

Well, when you see such cute doggie, how could you resist the photo shooting, right?

While I was holding the fellow close under my chin, just before my friend was able to take a shot of me and Toby, this fellow turned its head up and licked my face all over generously. =,=" I was licked all over again and again... I know, it likes me, hahaa!

Even though my friend gave me a green light to slap it when it chewed my hands and fingers, I could hardly slap it with any energy at all. Too adorable to slap, but I did warn it not to do so though.

Anyhow, it was great to hug such a tiny cute doggie in the arms once again... Yes, I do miss Mikko when he was still in the tiny size when I can hold him up and hug it in my arms. The Mikko now is simply too hugh for me to carry at all, the size of his waist is even bigger than mine, haha...

Look at him, isnt he cute?

His Support

I'm feeling extremely happy
Praise God for His faithfulness
God is good, all the time

He knows my craving
He understands my deepest fear
He sees me through all the seasons

He knows that I might have the tendency to fall
Cause I'm not strong yet
Even though I try very hard each time

He holds me tight by giving me support and love
Like the banana holding both sides of the ice cream
in the Banana Split

How wonderful =)

Am I being too harsh?

Last Sunday, I sent in a feedback to Sushi Zanmai online. Told them what I encountered with my friends in their restaurant, hoped they are able to study from the reflection of a customer. Obviously, I wouldn't expect much of a respond coz feedbacks here are very commonly being ignored.
2 days later, they replied, thanked me for the piece of information and promised to study the situation.
2 days after the first reply, the person in charge of the restaurant sent an email to apologise upon the incident, also mentioned action has been carried out. Inviting my family and I to dine in there with their complimentary voucher offered. He assured every customer will be served with better service. If I would to choose to make reservation in future, he will accept.
What I want to say is that, of course I'm glad that they replied to apologise and realised the incident.
However, I would still choose not to step into the restaurant anymore in future. I always believe that the first impression make a big impact, be it good or bad. The 40 minutes plus experience seriously tested my patience with customer service. I am not a customer that crave solely on food alone, when I leave the place with the 'That's it!' unsatisfaction, that is really it.
I really do appreciate they make the effort trying to improve their services from now.
I sincerely wish you all the best in the future, Sushi Zanmai in Sunway Pyramid.
"Am I being too harsh?" The answer is 'No'.

Sushi Zanmai in Sunway Pyramid

If anyone planning to visit Sushi Zanmai in Sunway Pyramid, I highly recommend you NOT to go and waste you time and money! Perhaps you can try the one in 1 Utama or The Gardens, just dont go to the one in Sunway!

A very terrible rude customer service!!

I have never seen such rude attitudes with absolutely no smile from the beginning till the end at all. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable.

There were 3 particular waiters and one waitress serving the customers in their restaurant with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. Just in case they are trying to act 'cool' with no mirror reflecting their attitudes, let me tell you how did you look like "RUDE!!"

Please!! If this is a so called 'restaurant', live up your name, if you dont mind! McDonald's serve every customer with a smile even during busy lunch hour, alright? How incomparable!

What a meal spoilt just because of the terrible customer service! Buck up, Sushi Zanmai in Sunway Pyramid!

Phohoa in Tropicana City Mall

The following and coming food reviews that I'll be updating might be a little outdated. I apologize for ignoring this blog for almost 2 months. Hopefully the coming schedule allow me to have enough daily rest, am really looking forward =)
*I am a little too anxious at this late hour due to the Friday Persuasive Speech, can hardly sleep.*

I went to a Vietnamese restaurant in Tropicana City Mall near Section 17 with church friends last month - Phohoa.

A friendly and gentle environment with the delicate Vietnamese decoration, Vietnamese paintings are hanging all over. In fact, I think the paintings are pretty interesting. Check it out when you are there.
I ordered a Vermicelli Bowl of Bun Tom Ga Nuong. (no idea how to pronunce, sorry)
A friend told me that Vietnam is very famous with their coffee and bali drinks. Maybe you can try it when you have a chance to pay a visit there. =)

This is my dish! Absolutely delicious and most suitable for diners who are looking for a healthy diet dinner. Filling enough and able to satisfiy tummy that hunger for fresh crunchy nutrient-balanced meal.

For more information, check out here: www.phohoa.com

Overall: 7/10

Devotion

Have you done your devotion today?

The message preached by Pastor Dr Wayne Cordeiro on Encountering God's Tranforming Word Daily was really awesome! Thank God for the message!

A few things he mentioned was simply inspiring.
1. Learning other's mistake not only save a lot of our time for not repeating the same mistake, also to gain wisdom. You will never know till you experience it. Learning other's mistake could save up your 10 years time for committing it.

There's one book to look up to... where else? B-I-B-L-E!!! There are more than enough examples for us to learn and be prepared when the time is here!

Reading Bible doesnt use our time, instead SAVE us time!

2. Musicians practice their scales everyday.
If a musician did not practice for one day, during the performance/concert, he will know.
If he/she did not practice for 2 days, the conductor will know.
If he/she did not practice for 3 days, the world will know.

What about us as Christians? Are we practicing our 'scales' daily?

3. Develop our devotion time a habit. Do it at our best time. He deserves our best!

4. Now then, bring 5 things with you for devotion time.
Bible, pen, reading plan, journal and SOAP!
[Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer]

Master of juggling

Perhaps there are times
when we simply cannot avoid being busy

No big deal
don't run away with fear

JUGGLE it
yes
I mean it
let's learn to juggle with JOY

Cheers
Nothing is too difficult when we have the Almighty God with us
=) Smile

New Year 2009

Happy New Year 2009!!
.
Thank God for the wonderful retreat at Taman Pertanian on the 2nd day. It was awesome!
I dare not to have any expectation at all for the toilet, as were told it is a kinda 'ulu' area. And... it turned out to be it's-fine-without-the-glasses, haha...
.
Love
the interesting sharings everyone contributed,
the brain-juice-squeezing plannings everyone participated,
the discussions everyone brought up,
the meaningful 'ungame' and the exciting 'hunter & bear' game,
the super duper tiring cycling moment up & down the hills,
the many makan-ing sessions with the flies,
the refreshing water bathing moments ,
and the 'zzz...' hours accompanied by the mosquitoes...
with all of you... =)
.
Really appreciate all of you who were willing to come from far and near for the retreat!
Dear brothers and sisters, all of you means a lot to me.
Let's keep shining for Him and serve Him with all our might! It will be tough, but we are never and will never be alone in the battle!
