What matters

Came across a really long article last night just before crawling into bed. The length was not the matter, the concern lay at the content. As I scrolled down each time to read more, I could only feel my stiff throat and damp cheeks. Heaven and Hell. Sins. Repentance. Forgiveness. Judgement Day. I was once again reminded that God is just and how He hates sins. Sin is still a sin, there is no measurement nor grey area. The world is swallowing up the good values and introducing the 'okay' sins so fast each day. If we do not self-check ourselves often, we'll still think that we are doing alright, thought we fought a good fight, finished the race, kept our faith and going to heaven at our last breath. God's grace and mercy are not the licences to sin. I'm so amazed at how God forgives and embraces, even when His heart was hurt again and again. Praying hard to feel His heartbeat...
